Slicer Settings
  • Layer height: 0.2mm
  • Infill: 40% minimum (concentric or grid pattern)
  • Walls: 3 perimeters minimum
  • Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS — any rigid filament works
  • Orientation: Print vertically (port axis = Z axis) for best circular accuracy
  • Supports: None needed — the design is self-supporting
O-Ring Specification
  • Inner diameter: ~74mm
  • Cross section: 1.5mm
  • Quantity: 4 total (2 per end)
  • Light sanding of O-ring groove surfaces for better seal
Installation

Insert from either end of port tube. O-rings provide friction fit and air seal. No adhesive needed.
