Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email and name (used on your certificates of completion) when you create an account or sign in with a magic link we email you.
• Learning records: course progress, exam attempts and scores, and certificates you earn. These exist so your CPE record works; they're visible to you and to us as the platform operator.
• Messages you send us: contact-form submissions and chat-widget conversations, so we can respond.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we keep only the order record (what was purchased, for how much, by which account).

What we don't do

• No selling or sharing of your data with third parties for their marketing.
• No marketing email lists. We email you about your own account and courses (sign-in links, certificates, receipts).
• No third-party advertising trackers on the site.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep signed-in accounts signed in. We do not use advertising trackers.

Service providers

The platform runs on infrastructure we operate, with a small set of processors doing specific jobs: Stripe (payments), transactional email we send from our own mail server, and a language-model provider that generates replies for the site chat widget. Chat-widget messages are sent to that provider to generate replies. Each receives only what its job requires.

Your data, your call

Want a copy of your records, or want your account deleted? Email [email protected] and it's done. Note that issued certificates carry a unique number we may retain for verification purposes, as CE records sometimes require.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes get an in-product notice.
